Our buds at Shaking Through have set up a kickstarter to help fund next years Shaking Through series. If ya'll remember, we were able to record Wasting Time, Always on My Mind, and Runaways during our session for the Weathervane Project. It was an amazing experience. Make a donation and you'll make it possible for other independent musicians to have the same chance.
ITS FOR A GOOD CAUSE!

Back from tour and 2 Philly Shows
Our tour with Eternal Summers was amazing! It was definitely way too short. We met a lot of really great people on the road. We'll have a tour picture recap soon!
Now that we are back, we have 2 local shows super close to each other. First off is the Philly F/M Fest. We will be playing on Sunday 9/25, as part of an outdoor BBQ. Rain or Shine! Buy tickets for this single event or for the entire festival here

Also the following Wednesday, we play a free show with the Homophones and Cat Vet at Johnny Brendas. It is free, but you HAVE TO RSVP HERE

DEAD END VIDEO IN CONTEXT
Reading Rainbow - "Dead End" from Taryn Jones on Vimeo.
Our video for "Dead End" directed by our friend Taryn Jones, was inspired by films we've been watching recently like the ones we posted here by Richard Kern. We're definitely heavily influenced by music videos and short films shot on VHS and High 8 from the 80's and 90's, and the aesthetic used in this video is intentional. The black and white pixely parts were shot on a PXL 2000 Fisher Price toy camera that records directly on to cassette tapes. (Part of the movie "Slacker" was shot on Pixelvision.)
